Glam Dolls Salon & Spa is happy to announce the Nail Technician and Intro to Business Summer Program for Pre-Teens & Teens ages 11 to 16 is open for registration.
The Nail Technician/Business Summer Program is a beautiful blend of the artsy world of nails combined with instruction on what it takes to start and run a successful nail business.
The Summer Program will run from June 25 to August 8, 2024, and will take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening for 3 hours from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the below address:

The Nail Program gives attendees an opportunity to understand the ideas, products, techniques, and safety protocols used to perform many types of manicures and pedicures. Our program is designed to prepare aspiring nail techs to:
Know and Follow Sanitation Guidelines
Perform A Basic Manicure/Pedicure
Perform A Gel Manicure/Pedicure
Apply Gel Polish
Apply Acrylic Nails
Perform Perfect Shaping & Sculpting using E-File
Apply Nail Extensions & Designs
The Business side of the program is designed to learn steps to open a business, work ethics, learn the requirements necessary to open a nail business, be aware of the start-up costs associated with opening a nail business, marketing, etc.
We are confident to say that we have the BEST GLAM Team to make this a successful and exciting summer program students will never forget. What an awesome opportunity for teens to gain independence, make lasting friendships, and explore new opportunities!

COVID-19 Policy:
Glam Dolls Salon & Spa is committed to the health and well-being of all attendees. Therefore, space is limited. Prior to the start of class, we ask that all attendees self-test for COVID. Anyone testing positive for COVID or experiencing cold or flu like symptoms should NOT attend. For those that do attend, mask is optional. However, if evidence from the CDC, Charles County Government, or the Maryland Department of Health determines the number of COIVD-19 is on the rise, then mask requirements may change along with going into a hybrid approach.
Prior to the first day of the program, the shop will be thoroughly cleaned & sprayed by a commercial bacteria and virus cleaning company. The space will be cleaned daily.
