While our processes may have changed, the heart and spirit behind the Glam Dolls brand have not. We feel extremely honored and excited to be able to open our doors to you once again. You’ll see the same people working hard to sprinkle GLITTER & GLAM once again.
Due to the COVID-19, we had to adjust your party package to follow the COVID-19 guidelines and requirements. For safety reasons, we no longer offer robe, slipper, or dress-up service but our clients can still walk the runway. The GLAM SQUAD and clients must have their temperature checked upon and hand sanitize upon walking into the spa. Even though face masks are not required for children we strongly encouraged; if clients choose not to wear face masks it must be checked off on HARMLESS FORM. The GLAM Squad will wear gloves and face mask throughout the entire service. Regular sanitization of surfaces throughout our spa before, during, and after-party. We social-distance our pedicure, nail, and make-up stations to accommodate the guidelines. We stress the importance of accommodating each and every client, but we will have to cut the number of parents attending the parties. At this time only two adults may sit in the waiting area and they must wear a mask and have their temperature checked and sanitize hands upon entering the spa. If a client's temperature is above normal, unfortunately, we have to ask them to leave for safety reasons.

Your contract and party information will be sent to you via email. Choose your party package and select your first and second choice of preferred party dates. Once we receive your reservation form and $100 deposit your party will be booked within 3 business days.
If your preferred party dates are not available, a team member will contact you to assist you with selecting a date. Please refer to the PAYMENT section, for further payment details.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE FORM: A copy of our Hold Harmless Clause Form must be on file in order for your event to be held. This form will be provided to you upon booking, via email.
PAYMENT: A $50 or $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. We accept Cash, Visa or MC via Paypal. The final balance is due the day of your party. Payments are to be made in Credit card or Cash only.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. ADDITIONAL FEE.
CANCELLATIONS: Party deposits are non-refundable and NON-TRANSFERABLE. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an additional $50 if given 5 days NOTICE. After the 5th day you will be charged full event price. If for some reason you need to cancel before 5 days the non-refundable deposit will be withheld and the remaining funds will be re-issued within 15 day of cancellation. If you cancel your party within 5 days of your event we will charge you 50% of your party package price. Should you cancel your party after booking without re-scheduling a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Glam Dolls Salon & Spa has the right to cancel any party due to inclement weather conditions and will not be held liable for the cancellation of a party due to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.
PARTY/EVENT INFORMATION: Our party’s starting price is based on a 6 girl booking. Should you wish to host a party with less than 6 girls, you will still be charged the starting price for your package.
Attendance: Maximum attendance for our Spa Parties is now 15.
NON-PARTICIPANTS: Booked Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. The Glam Dolls are responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.
DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS, ONLY TWO CHAPERONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPA AREAS UNLESS APPROVED BY GLAM DOLLS MANAGEMENT.
SIBLINGS: Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to participate.
OUTSIDE FOOD: Pre-approved outside food is allowed; however please note that Glam Dolls will not provide condiments. No dark drinks are allowed.
FINAL NUMBER CONFIRMATION: Three (3) days prior to your party Glam Dolls will contact you to confirm your final numbers. PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged according to the final numbers. If a child does not show up, you are still required to pay for that guest. Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave, prior to the party.
Party Times: Parties are between 1 to 2.5 hours depending on the package selection and age of the children.
ARRIVAL TIMES: We suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
LATE ARRIVALS: Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals after that there is a fee of $20 for every 5 minute thereafter. If you are more than half hour late you may not receive full services due to scheduling restriction and would still be charged. We will not start service until the Birthday Girl has arrived.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Glam Dolls reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Glam Dolls, in perpetuity, and for other use by Glam Dolls. As a host of a Glam Dolls event, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Glam Dolls for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests.
**Glam Dolls assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that the participants are treated in the most respectable manner.
**Glam Dolls are not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guest parent/guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions. Please notify us of any allergies upon booking your party so we can govern ourselves accordingly.
**Glam Dolls has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agree to our policies before signing the Party Agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.
